I started my career as a project manager’s assistant in a small consulting company but soon shifted to business analysis and realized that I like that role. After completing my master’s in Information systems management, I worked as a business analyst with various governmental institutions and later moved to an IT company developing custom software solutions. Most of my work is focused on the analysis of business needs and requirements, closely collaborating with business representatives and development teams. In addition to that, I am always participating in various analysis improvement activities within a company and volunteering in the broader business analysis community.
