I have more than 15 years of experience in Software Development. I have grown from a developer to the head of the IT development division @ Vilnius University IT Services center, where I manage 19 colleagues (3 teams). I’m also a board member of the Agile Lithuania association, responsible for the Public sector and work with a fantastic team of volunteers. As a life-long learning enthusiast, I’m interested in learning and improving myself and others both personally and professionally. It’s really amazing to work with other people, help them grow, build, and develop teams, and adopt an agile mindset. I want to share my knowledge and experience, especially in team management, agile mindset, personal and professional growth.
