I am a researcher and lecturer at the Digitalisation research group, Kaunas University of Technology. I work on national and international research and study projects related to digitalization in business, customer emotions, and customer engagement behavior for more than six years. Currently, I am working on three research and study projects: as a leader for the international Erasmus+ entitled BSR Cluster manager education project; as a young researcher for the international KTU, KEEN project, and artificial intelligence solution for optimizing companies’ social media campaigns. My research involves eye-tracking, neurophysiological methodologies, the effect of brand-initiated post variables on social media, and the applying machine learning to predict customer engagement on social media platforms.
