I am the Director of Engineering in Vinted, and I have no engineering background. I can tell it was not a comfortable journey, lots of hard work, luck, great people on the way, ups and downs, and it was so worth it. I’m here not to find you a job or make you an expert. I’m here to support, encourage, sometimes push, be next to you and help to find answers to the questions you have.
