As a QA Director I own Group QA Strategy and work with CTO to align it with Group
Development Principles, and with Delivery Directors to make sure QA Strategy is well
understood and they are supported in its implementation. Additionally, I’m a functional
manager for QA Leads and Automation Leads in all our development hubs in London,
Medellin, Sofia, Vilnius, and Tallinn. I enjoy not only the constant professional challenges I
face at my role, but also helping other people grow.
